As part of my Chartership, I have been working on my CV to submit as part of this. I agree completely about how regularly your CV needs to be updated - every time I amend my Chartership CV it seems like there is something to update on it.
Since I completed my MA I have kept a record of the training and development events I have attended/completed - this has been absolutely invaluable in putting together my CV and I am really glad that I did it. Maria Giovanna's suggestion to keep a record of activities that demonstrate your skills is brilliant and I'm going to start putting together a record of projects I've done and what skills these demonstrate - I just wish I had done this before too!
